Bloodroot is a poetic short film that explores themes of bodily transformation, rebirth, and reclamation. Told through layered symbolism and grounded in rich, naturalistic visuals, the film follows a non-linear narrative that culminates in the blooming of bloodroot flowers from the earth—an image that speaks to healing, emergence, and cyclical beauty.

I’ve helped shape both the visual and emotional language of the film, providing artistic direction from early concept through pre-production. My contributions center on visual storytelling—ensuring the look, mood, and symbolic weight of the film align with its deeper themes.
